Child Education Program | Miami Beach, FL

Support Our Efforts to Improve the Lives of Haitian Children

Discover how Yvonne's 100th Wish, Inc. is making an impact on health care, basic needs, and child education programs from Miami Beach, FL. From school lunches to doctors' visits, we want young people to receive the necessities they deserve. To strengthen our work, we partner with local community-based organizations, local youth, and community members. Reach out to us for more information on scholarship programs or to donate to our cause.

We believe that children's education transforms lives and helps them escape from the cycle of poverty. The funds donated to our cause pay for basic school supplies, learning materials, lunches, and teacher salaries. Currently, we are working with the School St Martin De Tours and Jean Marie Guilloux. Combined, these two schools provide vital education to well over 3,000 children! The cost for one child to attend kindergarten or secondary school is on average only $210 USD annually, so your support is urgent.

School Lunches

Every child deserves a healthy meal during the day. Many kids attending school travel long distances to have a better life, but they sometimes go days without any food. We plan to provide at least one meal per day during school hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are looking for companies to donate food for school lunches at the two schools we work with in Haiti. Please contact us if you are interested in helping us give young children the nutritious food they need.

Safe Drinking Water

Child Education Program | Miami Beach, FL

In many parts of Haiti, rainwater is the only drinking water available, but it is not safe to drink. Yvonne's 100th Wish, Inc. is dedicated to ensuring that potable water systems can provide access to healthy drinking water. The secure water system we are developing will cost approximately $20,000. Please donate today to support this program.

Health Care

In too many towns, doctor's visits are a luxury that families cannot afford. Our organization arranges for doctors and nurses to come to schools for a day to check on the kids. We also sponsor two clinics, run health and wellness fairs and a mobile clinic, and support efforts to confront sensitive health topics in these communities.

Athletics programs are a great way to help kids get exercise and stay healthy. We are forming a basketball team and have trainers available to run practices during the summer months. Young athletes can join our program and improve their skills.
